Windows CE is the operating system. The unit was originally $2500... BTW if you notice in the photo the AuotPC is a seperate unit from the flip out monitor. The shop kept Onstar operational by relocating the factory radio in the space under the shifter...and yup it fit and Onstar works flawlessly.
