Jeepster...

If you take the time to notice you may discover that this, in fact, happens to be a Hummer H2 forum. Perhaps you were looking for the Jeep forum?

Ahhh....don't worry about it. You've got some good points...things we've covered already. We've come to figure our respective vehicles are like our genetailia...we all have 'em, they differ to some degree....but we don't need to play "who's is better".

The bottom line is that the Jeeps (while being lethally effective) are really not a good comparison to a Hummer. In other words...your not comparing apples to apples.

The Jeep has a small wheelbase and is packaged nicely to accomplish many task offroad. It's silly to compare the vehicles: I've witnessed obstacles that each vehicle could do that the other can't.

Just recently, one of my buddies pre-ran the John Bull trail up in Big Bear for our club: he was able to get up a nasty incline with no problem....whereas a Jeep Rubicon (your flag-ship) was unable to make it despite repeated attempts. Does that make the H2 better then a Rubicon? well...in that particular situation yes...but can the H2 rockcrawl with her big size and longer wheelbase....not nearly as well.

My buddy Dennis was just being a bit over-enthusiastic about the H2. We've endured a few attacks from other forums here and there....so please excuse what you may perceive as an overly defensive repsonse.

On a friendly note, if you plan to stick around (and your welcome to), you may want to reconsider your username to something else....maybe something that doesn't incorporate the term Jeep in it?

Btw, while you read this post...somebody just stuck a paper with the words "I LOVE HUMMERS" on the back of your shirt!!!
