I had the same rattle with my H2. The dealer said it was the rubber trim making noise with the wind. My 03 H2, 03 Sierra Pu, and my 03 Yukon all make the same noise. The dealer never could fix it. So last week I had a new front glass installed on the H2 and walla! The noise is now gone! Who would figure! BIG-C
