ON-STAR TO THE RESCUE
Early Wednesday morning, Arley Lewis reported his Hummer "H-2" stolen. His Hummer is equipped with the "On-Star" Navigation system. It's a computer that tells you where you are, but it also tells police where your car is if it's stolen.
Wednesday morning, Police found the stolen Hummer atop a hill in Sun Valley. Footprints in the mud lead them to a nearby house where they found the suspect hiding. After a short standoff he gave up. The owner of the Hummer says it was gutted. Police say the suspect was wanted on a previous warrant. He's been booked into the Washoe County Jail.
