I think it is cold when it gets below 70F, I hate the cold fronts in winter when it drops into the 50's for a couple of days. We even had snow on Christmas Day last year, second time ever and the largest amount of snowfall recorded here in 100 years. It was back to 70F the next day though. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
