Yep, based on the fact that I have mine cranked well beyond that, one inch and you won't notice a difference in ride quality. There's a thread around here somewhere that'll tell you how many turns of the bolts to get an inch of lift, but you'll have to do a search for it.
It's an easy DIY project, made easier if you jack the front end up off the ground. And I have been told that it's a good idea to run around with the new settings for a few miles (50 or so) before getting it realigned.
