Leave it alone. 180/185 is a perfect engine temp, thus why it is installed there from the factory. Engines don't run as efficiently when they are below this temp. 210 degrees is fine, especially in June/July with the AC running.
The computer runs on completely different maps when it is below this temp, such as cold-start and warm-up.
