The Toyo's are not quiet. My buddy had them on his Wrangler and granted the H3 is a quieter ride, they were loud.
I had GY MTR's on my wrangler which is a pretty aggressive tread they and were like slicks compared to the Toyo's. But off road the toyo's blow the GY's away.
