The grill guard had to come off then you take out the grill......very easy to do, four bolts and it pops out...put the stainless steel "mesh" in from the front, put the grill back on, and bolt up the new and the old......and put the grill guard back on........

Piece of cake, even for a duffer like me!!

Hit a bird last evening right at one of the grill slots, the new piece kept it from going thru....

Age is a state of mind, if you don't mind, it doesn't matter.
