So far no problems at all. But I understand the hesitation to buy with no way to return it. It was a big gamble for me, but now I'm glad I risked it!

I contacted GMPartsDirect about my NAV DVD order today, and they replied that my Dec 30 order didn't get processed until Jan 1. I find it hard to believe anything happened on the 1st, but that is what they said.
