Forgot I had a back door into the GM Intranet site for service information.
The PCM has three large connectors: Blue 64-pin, black 64-Pin, and a gray 64-pin.
The vehicle speed sensor comes into connector C3, gray connector as follows:
VSS High signal is Pin 45 and is a yellow wire.
VSS Low signal is Pin 44 and is a Purple wire.

The PCM is located in the engine compartment on the passenger side, against the dash panel.

The BCM sends a class 2 signal to the I/P for odometer miles, while on this system, the PCM sends a class 2 signal to the I/P for vehicle speed.

BCM is located behind the right front kick panel, in the passenger compartment.
