Okay, switches are basically devices that either connect or disconnect 2 wires. The logic can get a little more involved than that when you start including relays. These lamps use H4 bulbs. They have 2 filaments in each bulb. One is for Hi-Beam (spot) and one is for Low-Beam (driving). I don't know if Warn has this kit set up for both filaments to be on during spot operation or just one, so this is the first thing you need to find out. There are 2 ways to do this. You can call Warn and ask them, or you can test the supplied switch. My guess would be that the 2 modes are Lo and Hi rather than Lo and Lo+Hi. If this is the case, the mode switch toggles between Lo and Hi.

If all my assumptions are correct, then you will need either a 3-position switch (off-on-on) or 2 switches and a single pole double throw (SPDT) relay to replace the Warn switches. Alternatively, you can mount the one they gave you on the interior colored panel to the left of the Onstar controls (not the argent colored one).

To figure out the switch logic, do the following:

Use V-O-A meter (or anything you have that will test for continuity) and in the ON position, check to see which of the wires has continuity with any of the others (write it down if you haven't done this before). Next, change to the other mode and perform the same test. I suspect that there are only 3 wires coming off this switch. If so, probably you will test A as being continuous with B in one mode, C in the other and B & C never connect. If so, A is the hot lead and B and C are Lo and Hi beams.

Once you are armed with this info, PM me with the results and the type of switches you are using and I will explain how to wire everything. I will reply on the public post, but right now there are too many things unknown for me to schematize this for you.

Good luck. If anything is unclear, PM and I will send my phone number.
