I had the same thing happen when I leased mine in August. I lied and tryed to be as positive as I could but was not completely satisfied, I will not bore you with all the problems I went through, but the sales person sucked, an older man, I did not want him to get in trouble so I was as kind as could be, but not completely satisfied. And he was not going to let me get my first service for free becuase of it. What a bunch of bull, the first service was just and oil change, and they werent even nice to me when I droped off my H3. I did not have to pay for the service, but they still totaly screwed me. It was the abosulte worst car buying expereince that I ever experieinced.
