As long as I am under warranty, I can afford it

After doing some more research, it appears as though this is a common problem. There are also many schools of thought on the cause, and the solutions.

It is interesting, and I am no engineer, that they would use an axel known for it's instability under extreme situations. LandRover, Toyota and the big three have all had problems with this in the past.

I'm not knocking the people who make these decisions, ok, well maybe I am

A cheap fix is not always the best one. But there has to be something.

Question is what???
