Yeah for several reasons (I grew up there):
1 - It ain't a "big city";
2 - (

3 - It's the windiest dustbowl in the world; and
4 - They got rid of those awesome B-1 bombers at McConnell AFB.
However, the people are mostly friendly; it does have "Cow Town" (
http://www.oldcowtown.org/ ); and it's no longer one of the top-5 U.S. targets for the Russian ICBMs.
