"...then crawl up the hill and you are back on a road, turn right, go thru a gate i think, and there is another trail on the left.. keep a sharp eye out for it but its within 400 yards or so of exiting the first trail so if you dont see it just turn around and go back and look for it."
crawl up the hill as you watch out for possible motorcycles - turn right, no gate is here, proceed over the bridge with the water flowing very rapidly underneath. 400 yards or so continue down to the marked trail - 4W01. This one is in the middle.
