I went to work in 4 -5 inches of fresh unplowed snow in the Cascades last winter. Abolutely NO problem. No skid. No wriggle. No slip. No slide. Hope it REALLY snows in my neck of the woods this year!
I can't ski any more, arthritis, but there was nearly 200 inches of snow on Snoqualmie Pass last year, in case any one wonders.
