You don't pay for anything. You just upload your images, pick which items to sell, and set a markup over their base price. They handle all the ordering, shipping, etc. and just give you the markup.
The only thing is some of their shirts are not very good quality and you need to be sure you upload a
very hi-res image with no compression. They recommend using PNG format.
