They do stick out a little far, but they look bada$$. YOu will end of trashing the sides of the truck though. too bad on the mudflap thing. What are the specs on your rims? I have 35's on ours and ZERO rubbing with the mudflaps, but we also have stock rims. When our 3 was lifted, the rims stuck out that far and I lost paint over that week.
Anytime I drove through water, snow, or mud...the door handles would get all crapped up.... but it looked good.
