If they make the 4-door and an extended cab GM will sell more trucks!
And GM need to sell more cars, trucks and SUV's Fast!!
Some people want a 4-dr truck others want a longer bed with and extended cab.
Toyota does it with the Tacoma so It can't be that difficult I think it is the same frame on the 4 door with short bed and the extended cab with a 6-foot bed (at least it was on the older models).
