That sucks, the radio shouldn't turn back on until you hit the button to end, unless you had the car off before the other person hung up. Too bad there isn't a way to prove it was an improper disconnect. I'm sure if you are nice they will credit you to keep you as a customer.
I browsed the internet on my cellphone before and the data connection didn't end. I ended up with a 3000 min call on my bill!
But they saw I made calls during that time so I ended up with a free month somehow.
