Oh and I'm tickeled sh*tless that a few of them just moved in to the ONLY rental property in my neighborhood. And I loved how on their first night in the neighborhood that one of them was sitting in his car laying on his horn at 1:30 AM as I drove by. Awesome. So awesome.
