I took my wifes Trailblazer in because the gas gauge stopped working. Warranty stuff, no problem. After, no exageration, 47 minutes, finally they took the car and I was out the door, on foot mind you. Well, they had the car all buisness day so I called at 6pm for an update. Maybe it will be done tomorrow, I was told. Can I get a loaner? No loaner under warranty until the problem is diagnosed. When do yo think you can diagnose the gas guage not working problem? Don't know

. WTF. Let me guess, they"ll diagnose it 1 hour before they fix it and in the meantime we're down a car.
I took in the H3, they greeted me in the drive, within 20 minutes, without asking for a loaner, I was on the road in a new Caddy. Now thats customer service.
Both GM products, very different experiences. It can't be a price thing, The Trailblazer was more expensive than the H3. Gotta go now, I'm walking to work today
