Not fair! 98% of the people that witnessed that moment of TV history died or lost their memory before the internet was created, there is no way to put said information online. The other 1.99999999% could never figure out the internet. So you are the only one that knows the answer and can kinda use the internet and you refuse to share your wisdom. I'm afraid the answer to this question will never be solved without guessing.
