Yea, I understand this theory. Have a couple local cops in my family that carry at all times. I myself just dont feel like hiding myself behind my handgun. I dont have any reason at all to need to carry a handgun with me while going down to my local bar for a beer. We all can be in the wrong place at the wrong time and a handgun strapped at all times just isn't me...
