I wonder if they have anuthing to do with the "Critical Mass" knuckle heads.
Here is one link, and there is a bunch more, but I remember hearing a case where these people go around blocking traffic, causing problems to motorests, and just basicly being tools.
They plan their "rides" as close to rush hour as they can to maximize the "effect"
