It could be leaking at the front tire valve on the CTIS manifold. If it is a CTIS problem I would bet that one of the lines on the front is bad. There is a T fitting with a line running to each wheel, usually the passangers side is the first to go. Try with disconnect the CTIS lines as ground hawg described the pressurise the front lines to 45 PSI, by turning on the compressor while the lines are disconnected. Then see how long the lines hold pressure, they should not have any significant drop in pressure for at least five minutes.
