When I turn the wipers on to the first click (longest delay), sometimes the wipers flinch once instead of swiping...then wait..then swipe...then wait...then flinch...then swipe. Makes for a long delay time.

Mine do that too! the first time I actualy noticed it I thought I was having some kind of hippy flash back. I thought it was unique so I never said anything to the guys in the service dept.
