The US uses research octane number (RON) x motors octane number (MON)/ 2 for their average on octane. Europe and most of the world uses RON number only, thus it appears as a higher octane, but in effect, it is the same octane level we use (+/- 1 or 2 points).
Best fuel to use is what the manufacturer recommends, in this case regular. Using other grades will only cost you money and make the oil companies profits go higher. My recommendation, if possible, use a Top-Tier Supplier:
