So spoke to the dealer this morning - transfer case all buttoned up, they tested it and lo and behold still noises
... car needs a new front diff assembly and surprise, they do not have any in stock in the Middle East
They have to order it from the US and reckon it'll take around 10-15 days
to get here and then around 1-2 days to fit it!!!
... I suppose the good thing is it'll have the stronger bits in the new diff
Not happy!
