I put grease on all places where the hood contacts the body, and it went away. Origionally i thought it was suspension related, untill i acidentaly leaned on teh hood one day.
if you wana check if thats it, stand infront the truck and put your hands near teh pront end of the hood. try to move it side to side and see if you get anything.
might be something more difficult than this but check it out.
