Again thanks for your help in pulling up the TSB (I think they replaced the tensioner and idler pulley plus ps pump, but I need to look and confirm other 2 parts besides the pump).

Initially the dealer service tech tried to do nothing, but ended up looking stupid, lazy, and less informed than the customer.

5 days in the shop and done. Yippeee.
