FYI If you do need to ship it here's some advice - Warn service recommends buying a cooler large enough to fit the winch inside(without mount) , drilling two holes in it where the holes for the winch to multimount bolts go and bolting the winch inside of the cooler for shipping. Also scrap the steel cable and buy some xline instead.
