Paulie gets shot by his Aunt, who's a nun. Looks grim. Tony has a seizure while Carm is holding his hand. Junior is murdered in prison. AJ gets beat up in the hospital parking lot and mugged. Can't even tell you about the others.
Very tough episode to watch because it gets worse. Very much so....
