I agree the unions had their place, but the world has changed but they (unions) still maintain the same mentality.
My wife was in the communications union (CWA) and when Alltel decided to move the call center down south, the union said they would prevent it from happening....suffice it to say, they moved the call center down south. My wife said the only thing the union did for her was to take dues out of her paycheck.
