I mounted the HotShot to the Firewall. It was very easy and it's been there for years with no problem. I have seen the pictures of the bracket that attaches by the Washer fluid container and that looks fine. IMO either way is good.
Here are some pictures I took tonight. Don't mind the dirt I haven't cleaned the engine compartment since my last day of wheeling and I'm not about to clean it for you ugly bastages
