I cant really argue on the women issue.
They're out there, you just have to look a bit harder. My neighbors have 42 acres for sale, 6,000 sq/ft house, with a monster pole barn.
AND its across the street from the bar. Only, problem is you'd be living next door to me and that gets kind of reckless and loud on friday and saturday nights.
