GMS=GM Employee Price - this can only be transfered to somewhat immediate family members. Best price you can get.
GM Supplier - Slightly higher than GMS pricing - this is what employees of companies affiliated w/ GM are offered.
GMID - what GM Employees give out to friends so they can purchase under GM Supplier price.
All three are set by the truck's factory invoice, the dealer has no choice in negotiating.
