All this talk about oysters made me crave some right now. Too busy on a project at the moment, so I had to go with the smoked ones. Though not fresh on the half shell, they filled the bill for right now.
I'll be headed to King's Fish House later today to fill that need to feed .. they have a half page dedicated to their varieties of fresh oysters on the half shell. Mmm-mmm good!
