18's would be the better choice IMO. 20's and 22's start to get heavier and if you do go off road, you want more sidewall on your tires.
I think a set of 18's with an AT tire would be good. You can run 33, 34, and 35" tires with the torsion bar cranked a little bit.
BFG AT and PRO Comp Extreme AT would be my two top choices for a nice riding AT tire. I'ved had them both on an H3 and they handled great.
The size of tire will also depend on your rim's offset as well.
Search through pics on the H3 photo section and see if there is someone with a setup you like..than send them a PM for specs.
