IF you have heat glazed the rotors and pads already you will be liveing with that squeeking for ever. new rotors and the propper GM spec pads and a good cleaning and lubeing of the calipers is the answer . every time you cut the rotors you make them thinner and more prone to over heating and warping . rotors will take 1 cutting and still be good at disapateing heat after that the secound cutting will work but they will be too thin to properly dissapate heat . you could get a couple of cans of brakekleen and some caliper grease and clean them and see what happens ,it cheap enough . and it may help if it's just a build up of brake dust .
