No, not really.... The reason I say that is because that price is about the bottom you'll see any H2.
I'm not saying you won't come across a 16K H2 for sale but that would be the exception rather than the norm. It seems that for the
most part, H2's are bottoming out at 18-19K. (and even at that, most of those have 100K+ miles)
After looking for H2's for a while, it seems that these are the average prices....
'03s-'04s..... 19-23K
'05-'06s...... 25-28K
Obviously these prices are general, all you have to do is flip through ebay to get an idea. You can find exceptions for every vehicle but I'm just trying to make a point.
Point is, your deal is a good deal, just not a killer deal. The '06 I'm going to look at in a few hours for less than 23K is a killer deal.
I just sold this '03 with 105K miles for 19K. Of course, the mileage didn't help but I had almost that much in mods. (ie. liftkit, supercharger, stereo, etc, etc....)
