May be the air vent. I use to have that problem, so I cleaned the outside air vent (it is the vent that pulls the air from the outside into the cabin). Also, maybe do a search on here. You can always put douche in the outside vent as well...no joke. It kills off the bacteria that is causing the foul smell (kinda what it is intended for)
