No man, no problem at all. Anyone here is more than happy to help.

My problem was hills. Towing a 14' enclosed trailer with 2 harleys or 2 4 wheelers in it would make the temp creep to the 250-260 range. A few times, it buried the needle.

A GOOD cooler with fan will help this but not totally cure it. (granted, I'm also talking about 90+ degree weather)

I even went so far as blocking off the radiator tranny lines so the fluid didn't have to go through the hot radiator.


Not quite sure what the complete cure is but then again, who knows, maybe it was me. I do know this.... if I have to redo a trans, I'm going with the 4LE80 trans, not the stock 60.
