Yes as MVR 155 says... Poke away. The snow gets into the inside diameter rim of the wheel. Just use your snow brush to Poke it out all around the internal rim of the wheel.
Snow on the "A" arms doesn't effect wheel rotaional balance which can cause the shimmy shake in the steering wheel. Not good for the Rack and Pinion steering meck.
