Yeah that is what I'm thinking, putting a regular GM 2500 transfer case and manual hubs up front.
As far as the ass end is concerned, the kit comes with coil-overs ect. So I was going to go ahead and throw Dodge 3500 axles in front and rear so I could rotate tires and not run into wheel/lug problems or have to unmount tires.
