Absolutely I can ship to apo, I never have so I don't know how much more it cost but we can work that out. The cfl rings on this are just decor but if you pop them off you can absolutely put a full functioning unit in. I was very close to ordering cfl unit from retrosolutions which would look badass if you tie them into drl. I def take paypal and ill pm you my email! I can prob have them shipped by tomorrow if you decide on them by end of today.
