Did you use the optional "plug n play" relay harness ? If so then check the high beam wires to see if you are getting voltage when the high beams are switched on. If you are not getting voltage when high beams are switched on then your relay harness is bad. If you are getting voltage then your bulbs are defective. The bi-xenon bulbs have tiny servo motors that move the bulb in and out. If your kit is defective call Todd at Retro Solutions and he will sell you a top quality kit with a lifetime warranty.
