I do the same - the dealer where I bought the truck from. The biggest sell is that they have all the parts in stock. I've heard horror stories of 3 week waits for some "general garages" who are resorting to buying off of Ebay. No thanks.
Ours does the Escalade loaners too. And free delivery.  When the pitman arm broke on my H2, they drove that loaner 1.5 hrs out to my house. Love it.
