Don't bring the tape up ashow he got busted or he will look for ways to do it without getting caught on tape.
Punks like this don't care anything about other people's property. Only when it effects them directly do they wake up.
Just remember there are cameras out there in the lot... but this isn't the only lot that BMW gets parked in during the week.
